Refund policy

HOME DECOR -each order is shipped by USPS and shipping costs include accident insurance. If the package arrives damaged, you need to take picture of the box and items you ordered and send is to me ASAP. I will contact USPS and they will ask me for the pictures as proof. Without these pictures, I won't be able to start any claim.
